Ingredients for Podina Paratha:
- Flour 2-1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Water as required
- Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Method:
- First, mix flour, salt and 1/4 cup ghee, knead with water and keep for 1 hour.
- Now give shape of balls of dough and roll it round.
- Now put remaining 1/4 cup ghee.
- Sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top and roll like swiss roll.
- Now cut balls and make 6 inch roti.
- How heat tawa, and cook it until it is ready.
- In end, serve hot.
