Ingredients for Jalebi Dahi Ky Saath:
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Ghee 1 kg
- Syrup 2 kg
- Yogurt as required
- Food color as required
- Baking powder 2 tsp
Method:
- Mix maida and yogurt and keep for a while.
- Now add baking powder in maida.
- Together put water, make mixture and keep for 15 minutes.
- Now mix food color and put in jalebi bag.
- Fry in got ghee until light brown.
- Now take it out and dip in syrup.
- When syrup dissolves, then serve hot.
