Ingredients for Talay Huay Matar:
- Peas 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/3 cup
- Khatai powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Tamarind chutney for serving
Method:
- Peel peas.
- Heat oil in one pan, put all masalay and peas and fry on high flame.
- Take out in serving plate and serve.
