Ingredients for Talay Huay Matar:

  • Peas 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Khatai powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Tamarind chutney for serving

Method:

  1. Peel peas.
  2. Heat oil in one pan, put all masalay and peas and fry on high flame.
  3. Take out in serving plate and serve.
