Ingredients for Chicken Pakoray:
- Chicken breast 1
- Onion 1
- Green chili 2
- Soda 1 pinch
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Water as required
- Ketchup for serving
- Mint chutney for serving
Method:
- Blend garlic, green chilies and coriander with some water.
- Add
chicken breast, onion, crushed cumin, garam masala, red chili powder,
salt, soda and blended hara masala in gram flour and beat well.
- Make pakoray of mixture and fry in hot oil.
- Serve with ketchup and mint chutney.
