Chicken Pakoray by Chef Meadha Rahat

Ingredients for Chicken Pakoray:

  • Chicken breast 1
  • Onion 1
  • Green chili 2
  • Soda 1 pinch
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
  • Water as required
  • Ketchup for serving
  • Mint chutney for serving

Method:

  1. Blend garlic, green chilies and coriander with some water.
  2. Add chicken breast, onion, crushed cumin, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, soda and blended hara masala in gram flour and beat well.
  3. Make pakoray of mixture and fry in hot oil.
  4. Serve with ketchup and mint chutney.
