Ingredients for Daal Moth:
- Masoor ki daal 1-1/2 cup
- Oil for fry
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
Method:
- Clean masoor ki daal and soak overnight.
- Next day strain it and spread on cloth.
- When it dries, deep fry in hot oil and take it out.
- Now mix nimco masala in it.
- Now mix sev and daal and put in jar.
