Ingredients for Masoor Pulao:
- Oil 1 cup
- Onion 1 medium
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Clove 4
- Black pepper 8
- Cinnamon 2
- Bay leave 2
- Curry leaves 10
- Mince 750 gm
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Black masoor daal 1 cup
- Green chili 4-6
- Rice 500 gm
Method:
- Heat oil and do onion light pink.
- Then put ginger garlic paste and garam masala and roast little.
- Now add mince, put red chili, cumin, turmeric and salt and put yogurt after approx 5 minutes.
- Then add black masoor daal and do little soft.
- In end, put soaked rice and cook on low flame.
- Close stove till rice becomes soft and keep on simmer for a while.
- When ready, serve hot.
