Ingredients for Chicken Pepper Steak:

  • Chicken 2 breast
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Wooster shire sauce 1 tbsp
  • HP sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Baked potatoes 1
  • Boiled vegetables to serve

For Pepper Sauce:

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tsp
  • HP sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Stock 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. For Pepper Sauce: Heat butter, put flour, salt, crushed black pepper and stock and cook until thick.
  2. In end, put cream and rosemary.
  3. For Steak: Marinate chicken with all ingredients except baked potatoes and boiled vegetables.
  4. Now heat 1 tbsp oil and grill chicken for 10 minutes until it is ready.
  5. Then add pepper sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. After that, take out in sizzler.
  7. Now garnish with baked potatoes and boiled vegetables.
