Ingredients for Bong Kunna:
- Meat 1 kg
- Stock 1 liter
- Chopped onion 2
- Kunna masala 2
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Black cumin 1/2 tsp
- Roasted flour 2-3 tbsp
- Clarified butter 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Sliced ginger for garnish
Method:
- For Kunna: Heat ghee in matki and don onion light brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and meat and roast it.
- Then put kunna masala, red chili powder and turmeric powder and roast for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add stock and leave for cook on low flame.
- When bong is tender, add salt and mix it.
- Now dissolve roasted flour in water and add little little.
- Gravy becomes thick, take out in dish.
- Sprinkle black cumin on top, garnish with ginger slices and serve.
