Ingredients for Gulgulay:

  • White flour 300 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • White sesame, almonds, coconut, pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Clarified butter as required

Method:

  1. Put flour in one mixing bowl.
  2. Then put white sesame, almonds, coconut, pistachio and baking soda and mix it nicely.
  3. Now add some water and make batter like pakoray.
  4. Now heat oil as required in one pan. Spread oil on both spoons.
  5. Take out batter with both spoons and deep fry it.
  6. Keep tissue paper on one plate and take out gulgulay.
  7. Then take out gulgulay in one serving dish, sprinkle sugar and serve.
