Ingredients for Gulgulay:
- White flour 300 gm
- Eggs 2
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup
- White sesame, almonds, coconut, pistachio 1/2 cup
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Clarified butter as required
Method:
- Put flour in one mixing bowl.
- Then put white sesame, almonds, coconut, pistachio and baking soda and mix it nicely.
- Now add some water and make batter like pakoray.
- Now heat oil as required in one pan. Spread oil on both spoons.
- Take out batter with both spoons and deep fry it.
- Keep tissue paper on one plate and take out gulgulay.
- Then take out gulgulay in one serving dish, sprinkle sugar and serve.
