Ingredients for Bhindi Bhigari:
- Bhindi 1/2 kg
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Chopped onion 2
- Lemons 2
- Green chilies 6
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Now put onion, do golden brown and take out.
- Now put bhindi and cook it.
- When water dries, add turmeric, white cumin, red chili flakes and lemon juice, roast it lightly and remove it.
- In end, put finely chopped coriander, finely chopped green chilies, salt and fried onion and serve with hot hot chapati.
