Ingredients for Malai Seekh Kabab:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Green chilies 10
  • Mint leaves 15
  • Green coriander as required
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor and blend it nicely.
  2. Now put mixture on seekh and grill it or bake it.
  3. Then give simmer of smoke.
  4. In end, serve with onion rings and tomato slice.
