Ingredients for Paneer Jalfrezi:
- Cottage cheese 2 packets
- Capsicum cubes 1
- Chopped carrots 1
- Lemons 2
- Green chilies 4
- Chopped tomatoes 4
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Chili sauce 1/2 cup
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First, mix cottage cheese cubes with 1 lemon juice, red chili flakes and roasted cumin and keep it.
- Now
heat oil in karahi, put tomato ketchup, chili sauce, black pepper,
cumin, salt, ginger garlic paste and onion seeds and cook it.
- After that, shallow fry cottage cheese, finely chopped green chili in separate frying pan and put in sauce.
- Then fry capsicum cubes and chopped carrots lightly and put in it.
- Add remaining 1 lemon juice on top and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Paneer jalfrezi is ready.
