Ingredients for Fried Rice:
- Rice 2 cups
- Capsicum 2
- Eggs 4
- Yellow food color as required
- Green onion 1/2 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
- Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash rice and soak for 3-4 hours.
- Then take out its water, again put 3-4 glass water, salt and vinegar, boil it, take out water and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in karahi. Then beat eggs and mix yellow food color.
- Now put eggs and stir fast fast so that it becomes pieces.
- Then put capsicum.
- After 2 minutes, put rice, soya sauce, sugar, salt, chicken cube flour and stir fry rice.
- In end, put sesame oil and green onion and serve hot.
