Ingredients for Spicy Meat Balls:

• Beef/Mutton mince 1/2 kg
• Chopped onion 2
• Bread slice 2
• Egg whites 2
• Fresh red chilies 4
• Green chilies 8
• Bread crumbs 1 packet
• Green coriander 1/2 bunch
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Flour 2 tbsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• White vinegar 2 tbsp
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste
  

Ingredients for Creamy Walnut Chicken:

• Chicken breast 3
• Cream 1 packet
• Black peppercorns 1 tsp
• Garlic 6
• Chicken stock 2 cup
• Flour 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Corn flour 2 tbsp
• Walnuts 1/2 cup
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp

For Stock:

• Chicken bone 3
• Garlic 3
• Black peppercorn 4
• Salt to taste
