Zaffrani Jalebi by Chef Gulzar

Ingredienst for Zaffrani Jalebi:
- White flour 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1 kg
- Food color 1 pinch
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Saffron few
- Kewra essence few drops
- Milk as required
- Silver paper as required
Method:
- For Syrup: Put water in pan, boil it, put sugar, make syrup and put kewra essence.
- Syrup is ready.
- For Jalebi: Put sugar and yeast in lukewarm water and leave for a while.
- When yeast rises, put in bowl, put flour, food color, saffron and milk, make mixture and leave for 2 hours.
- When yeast is ready, beat it nicely.
- When mixtures becomes lace lar, heat oil in pan.
- Then put paste in piping bag and make jalebiyan.
- When
it fries, put in syrup, leave it, take out after a while, put in
serving plate, decorate with silver paper, serve zaffrani jalebi.
