Ingredients for Moong Ki Daal Ki Kheer:

  • Yellow lentils 250 gm
  • Milk 1-1/2 liter.
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cashew nut 1 cup
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Water 2 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Sugar as required

Method:

  1. First, wash yellow lentil and soak it.
  2. Then ass 2 cup water and cook on low flame
  3. When lentil is tendered, put in grinder and grind it.
  4. Now keep milk for cook on stove.
  5. When it boils, add lentil and cook on low flame.
  6. When milk dries, put sugar and cardamom powder.
  7. After that, dissolve corn flour in water and add in it.
  8. In end, close stove, put cream and finely chopped cashew nut.
