Ingredients for Moong Ki Daal Ki Kheer:
- Yellow lentils 250 gm
- Milk 1-1/2 liter.
- Cream 1 packet
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Cashew nut 1 cup
- Khoya 1 cup
- Water 2 cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Sugar as required
Method:
- First, wash yellow lentil and soak it.
- Then ass 2 cup water and cook on low flame
- When lentil is tendered, put in grinder and grind it.
- Now keep milk for cook on stove.
- When it boils, add lentil and cook on low flame.
- When milk dries, put sugar and cardamom powder.
- After that, dissolve corn flour in water and add in it.
- In end, close stove, put cream and finely chopped cashew nut.
