Ingredients for Undercut Beef With Spaghetti:
- Beef strips 1/2 kg
- Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
- Salt 1 tsp
- Light soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Black vinegar 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Capsicum 1
- Fresh red chilies 6
- Stock 1 cup
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 2 tsp
Method:
- First, cut beef stripes into long.
- Now marinate with sesame oil, vinegar and salt and keep for 30 minutes.
- Then put chopped garlic and fry on high flame.
- After that, add stock, salt, light soya sauce, oyster sauce and crushed black pepper.
- When it boils, then put corn flour.
- When it becomes thick, put red chili and capsicum and close the stove.
- Put boiled spaghetti and serve.
