Ingredients for Undercut Beef With Spaghetti:

  • Beef strips 1/2 kg
  • Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Light soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Black vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Fresh red chilies 6
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 2 tsp

Method:

  1. First, cut beef stripes into long.
  2. Now marinate with sesame oil, vinegar and salt and keep for 30 minutes.
  3. Then put chopped garlic and fry on high flame.
  4. After that, add stock, salt, light soya sauce, oyster sauce and crushed black pepper.
  5. When it boils, then put corn flour.
  6. When it becomes thick, put red chili and capsicum and close the stove.
  7. Put boiled spaghetti and serve.
