Anjeer Gosht by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients for Anjeer Gosht:
- Beef 1 kg
- Fig 250 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Tomato 3-4
- Onion 2
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Oil 3-5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First, heat oil in pot, put ginger garlic paste and onion and fry it.
- Now put meat, roast it, put tomato and roast it nicely.
- Then
add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder,
black pepper, all spice powder, fig and salt, mix it nicely and cook
until tender.
- When masala dries and meat is cooked, then take it out.
- In end, take out in serving dish and garnish with coriander.
- Anjeer gosht is ready.
