Anjeer Gosht by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients for Anjeer Gosht:

  • Beef 1 kg
  • Fig 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 3-4
  • Onion 2
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 3-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First, heat oil in pot, put ginger garlic paste and onion and fry it.
  2. Now put meat, roast it, put tomato and roast it nicely.
  3. Then add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, all spice powder, fig and salt, mix it nicely and cook until tender.
  4. When masala dries and meat is cooked, then take it out.
  5. In end, take out in serving dish and garnish with coriander.
  6. Anjeer gosht is ready.
