Ingredients for Ras Malai:

  • Dry milk 2 cup
  • Fresh milk 1 kg
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • White flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Almond pistachio 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First, put milk and sugar in pan and boil it.
  2. When sugar is dissolved, then put khoya and kewra essence, mix it and cook it.
  3. Put dry milk, oil, white flour, cardamom powder and baking powder in one mixing bowl and mix it.
  4. Beat eggs, mix it by adding gradually and knead it.
  5. Now make portions of this mixture, put in boiled mix and leave for a while.
  6. Then portions comes up, close the stove.
  7. Then take out in dish, garnish with almonds and pistachio, chill it and serve it.
