ngredients for Roghni Kulcha:

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Yeast 1 sachet
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • White sesame as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First, add lukewarm water, yeast and sugar, mix it and leave it.
  2. When yeast rises, add white flour, salt, egg and butter and knead with milk or water.
  3. Then cover it and leave for 2-3 hours.
  4. After that, take it out, fold with hands and make portions.
  5. Now roll it thick and mark cut with fork.
  6. Then sprinkle white sesame on top.
  7. Now bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.
  8. When color comes, brush with butter and bake more for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Roghni kulcha is ready.
