ngredients for Roghni Kulcha:
- White flour 1/2 kg
- Yeast 1 sachet
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 cup
- Egg 1
- White sesame as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First, add lukewarm water, yeast and sugar, mix it and leave it.
- When yeast rises, add white flour, salt, egg and butter and knead with milk or water.
- Then cover it and leave for 2-3 hours.
- After that, take it out, fold with hands and make portions.
- Now roll it thick and mark cut with fork.
- Then sprinkle white sesame on top.
- Now bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.
- When color comes, brush with butter and bake more for 1-2 minutes.
- Roghni kulcha is ready.
