Ingredients for Hyderabadi Biryani:

  • Lamb 500 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick 1
  • Cloves 2 cloves
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion 2
  • White basmati rice 200 gm
  • Saffron essence 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Apple Crumble Custard:

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Apple 2
  • Biscuit 1 packet
  • Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • Butter softened 100 gm
  • Double thick cream to serve

Ingredients for Irish Coconut Bread:

  • Shredded coconut 1 cup
  • Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Large eggs 2
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Raisin 1/4 cup
