Ingredients for Pot Roast Potatoes:

  • Medium potatoes 6
  • Mint 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Chopped chili 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Dahi Masala:

  • Curd 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Salt a pinch

Ingredients for Dry Chicken:

  • Chicken pieces 1 kg
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Coriander seeds 2 tsp
  • Cloves 5
  • Cinnamon 3
  • Poppy seeds 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
