Ingredients for Floating Island:
- Egg whites 6
- Sugar powder 1 cup
- Milk 3 cup
- Cream 4-5 tbsp
- Vanilla custard 1 tbsp
- Chopped pistachio as required
- Vanilla essence few drops
Method:
- Beat egg whites. Then put sugar, beat it and mix vanilla essence.
- Heat milk, mix sugar and boil it.
- Now add one one tsp of egg whites and cook it.
- Dissolve custard powder in water and put in remaining milk.
- Together mix sugar and cream.
- Take out custard in dish and put balls of cooked whites
- Garnish with pistachio and serve chill.
