Ingredients for Dhokla:
- Rice flour 200 gm
- Gram flour 3/4 cup
- Khatti lassi 3 cup
- Meetha soda 2 pinch
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed green chili 1-1/2 tbsp
- Ginger powder 1 tbsp
- Asafetida 1 pinch
- Raw coconut 4 tbsp
- Coriander 1/2 bunch
For Bhagar:
- Curry leaves few
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
- Asafetida 1 pinch
- Green chili 1-2
For Chutney:
- Roasted chickpea 1 tbsp
- Roasted peanut 1 tbsp
- Coriander 1/2 bunch
- Green chili 1
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
- Mix rice flour and gram flour, beat with lassi and leave for 6-8 hours.
- When yeast comes, mix salt, crushed green chili, ginger, turmeric, asafetida and soda.
- Now put in grease pan and cook it.
- In end, give bhagar.
- Garnish with coriander and raw coconut.
- Serve with chutney.
- For Chutney: Put all ingredients in blender and blend it nicely.
