Ingredients for Moong Daal Ky Samosay:

  • Moong ki daal 1 cup
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Manda patiyan 20
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Raita for serving
  • Maida as required

Ingredients for Delhi Maash Daal Ki Bariyaan:

  • Maash ki daal 1-1/3 cup
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Green chili 2-3
  • Asafetida 1/4 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp

Ingredients for Delhi Maash Daal Bariyaan Salan:

  • Maash daal bariyaan 12-15
  • Potato 2
  • Green chili 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Onion 2 big
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 6-8 tbsp
  • Coriander for garnish

Ingredients for Crispy Chickpeas Rolls:

  • Manda patiyan as required
  • Maida for paste

For Filling:

  • Kabuli chickpea 2 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind chutney 4 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Raita for serving
