Ingredients for Strawberry Cake:
- Eggs 8
- Caster sugar 1 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
- Flour 2 cup
- Salt 1 pinch
- Strawberry puree 1/2 cup
- Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
- Strawberries 1 kg
- Praline 1 cup
- Fresh cream 800 gm
- Icing sugar 8 tbsp
- Red food color as required
Method:
- Mix eggs and caster sugar nicely and mix vanilla essence.
- Now fold flour and salt and put in greased mold.
- Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
- Whisk fresh cream. Then add icing sugar and food color and whisk more.
- Soft cake with juice or syrup.
- Mix strawberry puree in some whisk cream and spread on cake.
- Sprinkle praline on top.
- Keep second layer of cake and cover with whisk cream.
- Decorate cake with piping bag.
- Decorate with strawberries slice and strawberry puree and serve.
