Ingredients:

  • Eggs 6
  • Maida 10 oz
  • Caster sugar 10 oz
  • White butter 10 oz
  • Coco powder 2 oz
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 3 tsp
  • Icing sugar for sprinkle

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar.
  2. Strain maida and baking powder.
  3. Put vanilla essence and eggs one by one in butter. Together add milk and strained maida.
  4. Now divide batter into 2 portions, mix coco powder in one portions, make paste and mix mixture.
  5. Grease 8 inch round tin and put 2 tbsp yellow color in center. Add brown sugar on top and put yellow mixture.
  6. Again add brown mixture and put all mixture like this.
  7. Bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 50-60 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle icing sugar and serve.
