Ingredients:
- Meat 1/2 kg
- Whole coriander 2 tbsp
- Whole red chili 6
- Roasted chickpea 1 tbsp
- Coconut powder 1/2 cup
- Peanut 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 2
- Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves 8-10
- Tomato 250 gm
- Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
- Coriander 1 bunch
- Green chili 4-5
- Rice 250 gm
Method:
- Put ginger garlic paste and crushed green chili in meat and boil until tender.
- Heat oil in pan, put whole mix spice, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and salt and roast it.
- Roast whole coriander, roasted chickpea, coconut, peanut and cumin and grind it.
- Now put roasted & grinded masala in onion mixture. Together put boiled meat and put blended tomato.
- In end, add curry leaves, cover it and cook for a while.
- When ready, add green coriander and green chili and serve with boiled rice.
