Vegetable Achar by Sara Riaz

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower 250 gm
  • Peas 1/2 kg
  • French beans 250 gm
  • Carrot 2
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Achari mustard 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Oil 2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut carrot, cauliflower and beans. Then add peas and steam half.
  2. Now cool vegetables and mix salt, turmeric, crushed garlic, red chili, achari mustard and vinegar.
  3. In end, put oil and mix it nicely.
  4. Mix vegetable achar is ready.
