Palak Paneer by Sara Riaz

Ingredients:

  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Paneer 1 packet
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Maida 1 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Break spinach leaves, clean it, blanch it and chop it.
  2. Heat oil and fry ginger and garlic.
  3. Then put ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili and garam masala.
  4. Together add maida and roast it. Then put spinach and milk and cook it.
  5. Now add cream and put fry paneer pieces.
  6. When ready, serve hot.
