Palak Paneer by Sara Riaz

Ingredients:
- Spinach 1 kg
- Onion 1
- Paneer 1 packet
- Milk 1 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Maida 1 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1/2 tsp
- Garlic 1/2 tsp
- Red chili 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Break spinach leaves, clean it, blanch it and chop it.
- Heat oil and fry ginger and garlic.
- Then put ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili and garam masala.
- Together add maida and roast it. Then put spinach and milk and cook it.
- Now add cream and put fry paneer pieces.
- When ready, serve hot.
