Ingredients:
- Samosa roti whole 4
- Bhuna keema 1/2 kg
- Fresh cream 1/2 cup
- Eggs 2
Method:
- Beat eggs in bowl and mix fresh cream.
- Now keep one samosa roti on table, spread cream and egg mixture, cover with second roti and spread paste. Then brush second roti with paste.
- Now put bhuna keema and cover with one roti. Do this steps again all roti and keema is finished.
- Now roll it like swiss roll from one corner in foil and keep for a while in refrigerator.
- Now cut into thin slices, dip in beaten eggs and shallow fry until golden.
- In end, serve with chutney or ketchup.
