Ingredients:
For Cup Cakes:
- Butter 4 oz
- Brown sugar 4 oz
- Eggs 2
- Self raising flour 4 oz
- Banana 1
For Topping:
- Butter 4 oz
- Condensed milk 1/2 cup
- Caster sugar 2 oz
- Golden syrup 1 tbsp
Method:
- First preheat oven on 190 degrees C.
- Now beat butter and brown sugar in bowl until light and fluffy.
- Then add eggs and self raising flour and beat until mixture becomes smooth.
- Now fold mashed banana.
- Now put mixture in paper cups in equal quantity, bake for 15 minutes, take out from oven and chill on wire rack.
- For Topping: Melt butter in microwave oven for 30 seconds.
- Now put condensed milk, caster sugar and golden syrup and mix it.
- Then melt in microwave oven for 4-5 minutes.
- If it is cooking in sauce pan, stir continuously after every 1 minutes until golden.
- Now spread it on top of cup cake with knife and sprinkle some chocolate on top.
