Ingredients:

For Cup Cakes:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Brown sugar 4 oz
  • Eggs 2
  • Self raising flour 4 oz
  • Banana 1

For Topping:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Caster sugar 2 oz
  • Golden syrup 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First preheat oven on 190 degrees C.
  2. Now beat butter and brown sugar in bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Then add eggs and self raising flour and beat until mixture becomes smooth.
  4. Now fold mashed banana.
  5. Now put mixture in paper cups in equal quantity, bake for 15 minutes, take out from oven and chill on wire rack.
  6. For Topping: Melt butter in microwave oven for 30 seconds.
  7. Now put condensed milk, caster sugar and golden syrup and mix it.
  8. Then melt in microwave oven for 4-5 minutes.
  9. If it is cooking in sauce pan, stir continuously after every 1 minutes until golden.
  10. Now spread it on top of cup cake with knife and sprinkle some chocolate on top.
