Ingredients:

  • Long bun 6
  • Achari cucumber 1/2 cup
  • Peas 1/4 cup
  • Fried onion 1/4 cup
  • Chicken 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry onion and take out.
  2. Cut bun and take out its pulp.
  3. Boil peas. Now mix all ingredients and fill the filling in bun with 4 tbsp cheese.
  4. In end, add cheese and bake in oven until cheese melts.
  5. Filling walay bun is ready.
