Filling Walay Bun by Saadat Siddiqui

Ingredients:
- Long bun 6
- Achari cucumber 1/2 cup
- Peas 1/4 cup
- Fried onion 1/4 cup
- Chicken 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
- Cheddar cheese as required
Method:
- Heat oil, fry onion and take out.
- Cut bun and take out its pulp.
- Boil peas. Now mix all ingredients and fill the filling in bun with 4 tbsp cheese.
- In end, add cheese and bake in oven until cheese melts.
- Filling walay bun is ready.
