Ingredients:

  • Butter 250 gm
  • Icing sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Maida 2-1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Mix butter and sugar and mix vanilla essence. When it becomes creamy, put egg and mix it.
  2. Now add maida and corn flour and mix it nicely. Then keep in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven on 160 degrees C.
  4. Spread baking paper on baking tray.
  5. Add colorful vermicelli in ready dough and cut in round with cutter.
  6. Put in tray and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes on 160 degrees C.
  7. Take out, cool it and serve with ice cream.
