Ingredients:
- Butter 250 gm
- Icing sugar 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Maida 2-1/2 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
Method:
- Mix butter and sugar and mix vanilla essence. When it becomes creamy, put egg and mix it.
- Now add maida and corn flour and mix it nicely. Then keep in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven on 160 degrees C.
- Spread baking paper on baking tray.
- Add colorful vermicelli in ready dough and cut in round with cutter.
- Put in tray and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes on 160 degrees C.
- Take out, cool it and serve with ice cream.
