Ingredients:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Chicken 1 kg
- Tomato 1/2 kg
- Plums 100 gm
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Fried onion 2 cup
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Star anise 6
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ginger 1
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves 6
Method:
- First, put chicken, 4 glass water, ginger garlic and salt and boil it.
- When chicken is tender, then separate stock and boti.
- Now add soaked rice and salt in stock and cook it.
- When water dries, close the stove.
- Heat oil in second thal, put chopped tomato, red chili, crushed red chili, turmeric, salt, chicken, ginger garlic, plums and fried onion and cook little.
- When all ingredients becomes soft, put rice, cover the top of thal and keep on tawa for 20 minutes.
- Thal boti rice is ready.
