Ingredients for Prawn Tempura:
- Prawns with tail 1/2 kg
- Maida 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Eggs 2
Method:
- Mark cut on prawns. Now marinate with salt and chilies.
- Now coat with dry maida.
- Put cold water, maida and egg and make batter. Now dip prawns.
- Fry in hot oil, cool it and fry again.
- When ready, serve.
