Ingredients for Prawn Tempura:

  • Prawns with tail 1/2 kg
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 2

Method:

  1. Mark cut on prawns. Now marinate with salt and chilies.
  2. Now coat with dry maida.
  3. Put cold water, maida and egg and make batter. Now dip prawns.
  4. Fry in hot oil, cool it and fry again.
  5. When ready, serve.
