Ingredients for Vegetable Tempura:

  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Maida 6 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Cold water as required
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Carrot 1
  • Onion 2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Potato 2
  • Long baigan 1

Method:

  1. Put maida, corn flour, egg, baking powder and cool water and make batter. Now mix 1/4 cup oil.
  2. Cut vegetables of your choice.
  3. Now dip vegetables in batter and fry again.
  4. When ready, serve hot.
