Ingredients for Vegetable Tempura:
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Maida 6 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Cold water as required
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Carrot 1
- Onion 2
- Capsicum 1
- Potato 2
- Long baigan 1
Method:
- Put maida, corn flour, egg, baking powder and cool water and make batter. Now mix 1/4 cup oil.
- Cut vegetables of your choice.
- Now dip vegetables in batter and fry again.
- When ready, serve hot.
