Ingredients for Chawal Aur Tamatar Murgh:
- Boiled rice 6 cups
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Onion 2
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Tomatoes chopped 3
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Cumin roasted 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil, fry onion slice until light golden.
- Now add chopped tomato and garlic paste and fry it nicely.
- Then put tomato paste, salt, chili powder and cumin roasted and fry for 2 minutes.
- After that, add chicken boneless and cook until it i ready.
- Now put all spice, finely chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Then spread half boiled rice in oven proof dish.
- Put remaining rice on top, cover with foil, bake in oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees C and serve hot.
