Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 750 gm
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Onion 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Lasagna 1 packet
  • Olives for garnish
  • Green capsicum as required
  • Mushroom 1/2 cup
  • Tomato 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 2 cup

For Tomato Sauce:

  • Tomato 4-5
  • Tomato ketchup 1/4 cup
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Thyme 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1-2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Dakhni mirch 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. For Mince: Heat oil in one pan and fry onion and garlic.
  2. Now put crushed red chili, crushed black pepper, salt, chicken powder and oregano and mix it.
  3. In end, add chicken mince and roast it.
  4. For Tomato Sauce: Heat oil in pan. Then add garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, sugar, thyme and oregano.
  5. Together put tomato ketchup and chopped tomato and cook for 6-8 minutes until sauce becomes thick.
  6. For White Sauce: Heat butter, fry maida until maida becomes light brown. Then put hot milk and stir it continuously.
  7. Now add salt, dakhni mirch, cream and grated cheddar cheese, cook for 1 minute and remove it.
  8. Grease dish with oil. Then spread lasagna sheet.
  9. After that, put tomato sauce. Together add chicken mince and white sauce and make second layer like this.
  10. Now spread lasagna sheet and put again white sauce.
  11. Add 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, oregano, mushroom, capsicum and onion.
  12. In end, sprinkle crushed red chili.
  13. Bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  14. When ready, serve hot.
