Firni In Caramel Sauce by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Sugar 1 cup
- Small cardamom 6
- Chopped almonds 6
- Chopped pistachio 15
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Gram lentil 1 tsp
- Rice 4 tbsp
For Caramel Sauce:
- Water 2 tbsp
- Sugar 4 tbsp
Method:
- First, mix small cardamom with sugar and grind it.
- Now put milk and small cardamom in pot and cook it nicely until thick.
- Now put finely grinded soaked rice in milk. Together add sugar and stir it continuously.
- When firni becomes thick, remove it, put in sand pot and freeze it,
- In end, put chopped almonds and chopped pistachio.
- Now mix water and sugar, make caramel and put on top of firni.
- Delicious caramel wali firni is ready.
