Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Lemons 4
  • Green chilies 4
  • Small cardamom 8
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Ginger powder 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • White cumin 1/2 tbsp
  • Bihari masala 3 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First, roast white cumin, small cardamom and poppy seeds lightly and grind it.
  2. Now mix bihari masala, ginger powder, all spice powder, lemon juice, green chilies, mint leaves, red chili powder and raw papaya paste in beef mince and mix it nicely.
  3. Then add oil and keep for cooking.
  4. When water dries, then keep on simmer.
  5. Heat coal, put on top of mince, put some oil and cover it.
  6. Delicious galawat ka keema is ready.
