Galawat Ka Keema by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1 kg
- Lemons 4
- Green chilies 4
- Small cardamom 8
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Oil 1 cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Ginger powder 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- White cumin 1/2 tbsp
- Bihari masala 3 tbsp
- Raw papaya paste 2-3 tbsp
Method:
- First, roast white cumin, small cardamom and poppy seeds lightly and grind it.
- Now mix bihari masala, ginger powder, all spice powder, lemon juice, green chilies, mint leaves, red chili powder and raw papaya paste in beef mince and mix it nicely.
- Then add oil and keep for cooking.
- When water dries, then keep on simmer.
- Heat coal, put on top of mince, put some oil and cover it.
- Delicious galawat ka keema is ready.
