Mutton Shinwari Karahi by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Big green chilies 5-6
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put ghee or oil in karahi.
  2. Then put mutton, roast it and take out its oil.
  3. Now put tomato, green chilies and ginger garlic paste, mix it nicely and roast it.
  4. Now add water as required and cook until mutton tender.
  5. Now add big green chilies, salt, crushed cumin and black pepper, mix it nicely and roast it.
  6. In end, take out karahi in serving dish.
  7. Then garnish with green coriander and green chilies and serve.
