Mutton Shinwari Karahi by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Tomato 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 5-6
- Big green chilies 5-6
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put ghee or oil in karahi.
- Then put mutton, roast it and take out its oil.
- Now put tomato, green chilies and ginger garlic paste, mix it nicely and roast it.
- Now add water as required and cook until mutton tender.
- Now add big green chilies, salt, crushed cumin and black pepper, mix it nicely and roast it.
- In end, take out karahi in serving dish.
- Then garnish with green coriander and green chilies and serve.
