Mutton Shimla Mirch by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Tomato 1/2 kg
- Onion 2
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 10
- Capsicum 4
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Whole black pepper 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Put 2 glass water, salt, turmeric, onion and ginger garlic paste in mutton and keep until tender.
- When mutton is tender, cut tomatoes and add in it.
- Then put oil and roast it nicely.
- Now cut capsicum into finely long and put in it.
- Together finely chop green chilies and add in it.
- Then put fenugreek seeds and keep on simmer.
- In end, put whole coriander, whole black pepper and cumin powder, mix it and close the stove.
