Mutton Shimla Mirch by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 10
  • Capsicum 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put 2 glass water, salt, turmeric, onion and ginger garlic paste in mutton and keep until tender.
  2. When mutton is tender, cut tomatoes and add in it.
  3. Then put oil and roast it nicely.
  4. Now cut capsicum into finely long and put in it.
  5. Together finely chop green chilies and add in it.
  6. Then put fenugreek seeds and keep on simmer.
  7. In end, put whole coriander, whole black pepper and cumin powder, mix it and close the stove.
