Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Mixed whole spices 1 tsp
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Brown onion 3 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp
- Cashew nuts 8 grinded
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- First marinate chicken with all ingredients except oil, milk and saffron.
- Now heat oil, put marinated chicken, cover it and cook for 15 minutes until it is ready.
- In end, mix saffron in milk and add in it.
