Ingredients:
- Strawberry pie filling 1 tin
- Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1 cup
- Fresh cream 1-1/2 cup
- Powder milk 1 liter
- Eggs as required
- Strawberry essence 1 tsp
- Digestive biscuits 1 packet
- Butter 200 gm
Method:
- Crush digestive biscuits, mix butter and keep in refrigerator.
- When it freezes, then cut into pieces.
- Hang yogurt in malmal cloth until water drains out.
- Put 1/3 cup sugar in strawberry pie filling, cook it until thick and add lemon juice.
- Then remove from stove and chill it.
- Put milk, remaining sugar and yogurt in blender and blend it.
- Now whip cream. Then add milk yogurt mixture in it and stir in machine for 30 minutes.
- In end, put pieces of digestive biscuits.
- Put in container and freeze in refrigerator.
