Ingredients:

  • Strawberry pie filling 1 tin
  • Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 1-1/2 cup
  • Powder milk 1 liter
  • Eggs as required
  • Strawberry essence 1 tsp
  • Digestive biscuits 1 packet
  • Butter 200 gm

Method:

  1. Crush digestive biscuits, mix butter and keep in refrigerator.
  2. When it freezes, then cut into pieces.
  3. Hang yogurt in malmal cloth until water drains out.
  4. Put 1/3 cup sugar in strawberry pie filling, cook it until thick and add lemon juice.
  5. Then remove from stove and chill it.
  6. Put milk, remaining sugar and yogurt in blender and blend it.
  7. Now whip cream. Then add milk yogurt mixture in it and stir in machine for 30 minutes.
  8. In end, put pieces of digestive biscuits.
  9. Put in container and freeze in refrigerator.
