Ingredients:
- Maash ki daal 500 gm
- Sugar 1 kg
- Sandori color as required
- Pistachio for garnish
- Ghee 1 kg
Method:
- Soak maash ki daal for 2 hours, put in chopped and grind it.
- Beat grinded daal with batter until mixture becomes fluffy.
- Make syrup of sugar and water and cool it.
- Now tie mixture in cloth, make amrati as given in method in video and fry in medium hot ghee.
- Dip hot amrati in cold syrup and take out.
- Garnish with pistachio and silver paper and serve.
