Ingredients:

  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Evaporated milk 1 tin
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Moti choor ky laddu 5-6
  • Small cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Pistachio for garnish
  • Silver paper for garnish

Method:

  1. Mix milk and evaporated milk and heat it. Then dissolve rice flour in water and put in it with sugar.
  2. Now mix small cardamom powder. When it becomes thick, crush moti choor ky laddu, mix it and cook it.
  3. Take out in dish. Garnish with silver paper and pistachio and serve.
