Chicken Nihari by Chef Samina

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1
- Ghee 3/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Degi red chili 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Fennel powder 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Onion 1
- Dry ginger 1/4 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Chicken stock 3 cup
- Nali pulp 1/2 cup
- Green chili, Green coriander for garnish
- Ginger, Lemon for garnish
- White naan for serving
Method:
- Fry onion in hot oil. Then add chicken and roast it.
- Together put ginger garlic paste, salt, chili, turmeric, fennel, dry ginger and cumin and roast it.
- Then add chicken stock and boil it. Remove ghee on top and keep it separate.
- Now dissolve some flour in water, put in it and cook for approx 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
- When chicken is tender, put all spice powder, finely chopped green chilies and remover ghee.
- Garnish with haray masalay and nali pulp.
- Serve with hot hot naan.
