Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Red chili 1-1/2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Green chili 4-5
- Gram flour 3 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Oil for fry
Method:
- Mix all ingredients except oil in mince and make tikkiya.
- Fry in hot oil and serve.
