Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Oil 5 tbsp

For Yogurt Chutney:

  • Green chili 8
  • Coriander 5 tbsp
  • Mint few leaves
  • Tamarind juice 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Yogurt 1 cup

For Parathay:

  • Maida 4 cup
  • Flour 2 cup
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Capsicum 2
  • Onion 2

Method:

  1. Mix salt, black pepper, thyme, crushed red chili, garlic and lemon juice in chicken and leave it.
  2. Now fry in hot oil.
  3. For Yogurt Chutney: Put all ingredients in grinder and make chutney.
  4. For Parathay: Knead maida, flour, salt and water together.
  5. Now roll parathay and fry in oil.
  6. Spread chutney on parathay. Keep chicken on top and roll it.
  7. Put capsicum and onion.
  8. Hot hot roll is ready to serve.
